    The good thingsOne good thing about being part of this Agency/Authorityervice is that it's mission and vision is solely the provision of service of public. Furthermore, it is a lot less stressful work environment. Thus, it allows the opportunity of balancing one's career, personal and social life all at the same time. And because of it's vast scope of line of work, you can choose which job is suitable for you.
    The challengesI think it will be more efficient, just and effective for all employees and the Authority itself if provision of benefits to all employees are equally practiced or being implemented. I believe in that way it will greatly affect the company as to improving the service to the employees, the company and to the public.

    I do for a living
    The good thingsFirst of all I would like to tell you that worked there as a Medic under Rescue Department wherein my duties and responsibilities was to assist people who are involved in road accidents. Well i enjoyed working there because it used to related to my course and i really love helping others in a simple yet caring way. It make me feel happy whenever we helped others and they said \"thank you!\"
    The challengesIt could be done better if our company all the equipments needed during emergency response. And one of this and most important of all is a good functioning emergency vehicles such as ambulance. Saving lives could not be delayed because we can only have our life once. So with better ambulance and equipments, workloads will be much more easier and inconvient.
