    The good thingsPros: Hitting at least 80% of the target can get incentive. You can learn a lot in attending product training. You will learn how to manage the accounts properly. You can get rewards in answering supplier's website product knowledge quizzes.
    The challengesCons: Sometimes they extended your working hours. Delay in releasing incentives on time. Some colleagues are feeling superior. Pressure in hitting target Waiting longer hours in accrediting your salary, but rest assured that it will credited on that day.
