    It is a great experience working with Metrobank Foundation Inc.
    The good thingsThe working environment is well and it showcased an atmosphere where one can focus on their work. It also contained activities that enhance spiritual growth on the employees at the same time to know one's personality and train on how to work well with others.
    The challengesChallenges in a company are inevitable and the common problem to it is when some of the equipment gets broken or sometimes the lack thereof but it doesn't happen often and can continuously work on a daily basis.
