    Incompetent HR Staff
    The good thingsLarge scale projects so you get to learn and experience first hand. Good exposure on construction projects as well.
    The challengesAs an Intern, I was poorly updated & handled by an HR Staff. Worst experience as an intern. Aside from the ultimately mediocre allowance, an HR staff would almost not update you or would not commit to the agreed upon meeting times. I practically had to sweep the entirety of timog just to find their new office because the HR staff was not responding.

    The good thingsYou will be challenged and be exposed to things that usually isn't taught at school. You will definitely gain knowledge here.
    The challengesWorking loooong hours but not well compensated. At first, it could be tolerable but it could burn you out in the long run. NO OT PAY / double pay for holidays but you HAVE to work.

    The good thingsIn my time working for metro stonerich, the superior are very helpful and always ready to help and teach new staff and employees. Fresh graduate are sure to learn working for this company.
    The challengesThe salary is start, bad starting salary and slow increment, some workers are toxic who doesn't do their job but somehow still get higher salary

    The good thingsMediocre for fresh grads. Can be in immediately if you know people inside. Free staffhouse for site engineers and architects.
    The challengesSome workmates are friendly, some are pretentious. Worst office politics. No standardize system for site works. CSA and MEPFS are not harmonious. Bata-bata system. Incapable superiors, prompts you to self-help yourself. HR not deducting contributions.

    The challengesThe challenges are you tend to encounter problems that will truly build your skills and knowledge. You acquire things that you should learn in a construction and be able to enhance it and use it to upgrade yourself to become better. The best is always there waiting for us to accept the challenges with all our strenght and willingness.
