    It was full of learning.
    The good thingsAdvance technologies and state-of-the-art facilities. They provide updated machines and very supportive to the needs of the clients. The administrators are very strict in terms of providing a very clean ans quality centered institution. If you are an experience individual, it will be easier for you to adjust. However if you have pending applications they prioritized those people who are going to work and stay longer. They also accept new passers or without experience as long as you pass the exam.
    The challengesThe company should increase the salary of their employees so that in will give them moral boost and inspire them to work harder. Another is create programs to enhance the skills of weak performing individuals such as nurses to improve their performance.
