tertiary hospital, lots of learnings, easy to work
The good thingsThe hospital is highly recommendable to those who are looking for an experience before going working abroad. It is a tertiary hospital, where you can learn and you can apply it to your future workings. Their machines is very easy to handle.
The challengesI think they need to improve handling there employees, like they should give them what they deserve like salary increase and another rest day. Because we only have 1 rest day and its not enough to rest well . nowadays, we have a lot of patient to deal with.

\"A great way to experience your dream job\"
The good thingsCo-workers and other staffs are accommodating and friendly. I've learn many things not just professionally, also in dealing with others needs and complaints. Learned how to be more responsible for everything.
The challengesBetter and faster pacing of documents filed by employees. Management must listen to their employees needs, complaints and suggestions for the betterment of the company. Must have benefits for their employees, and trainings/seminars of new and old employees.
