I am the Unit Head of Program Design and Promotion, in-charge in the promotion of training programs, preparation of training proposal and/or quotation, coordination with the resource speakers in different division wherein they are assigned to get approva
The good thingsI enjoy working in MIRDC because my supervisor is very supportive to the staff and dedicated to meet the target of the group. There is a harmonious relationship within the training department. An Operational meeting once a month is being done to monitor the status of our activities so that issues and concerns will be attended to as early as possible to prevent big issues to occur.
The challengesIn my opinion, the company should upgrade their employees especially those resource speakers and technical assistants in the training programs we offer. By giving them training outside the company for exposure to enhance the skills and knowledge of everyone and also for them to review and revise our existing programs for the improvement of our service to private and government entities that patronize our trainings.
