    The good things Poor Work Culture & Morale ⭐☆☆☆☆ Employee morale is at an all-time low. There’s no motivation, no team spirit, and everyone is just waiting for a better opportunity to leave. The atmosphere is dull and uninspiring
    The challenges Lack of Career Growth ⭐☆☆☆☆ There are no opportunities for professional growth. No training, no mentorship, and no chance for promotion. Employees are stuck in the same position for years with no recognition.
