    I have been working at Metacom for 5 years now
    The good thingsI simply started as a part-time Sourcing Specialist with no previous related work background while studying. I worked my way up to become a full-time Team Leader in one of the successful teams of the company. During these years they have given me so many opportunities to help me enhance my skills and overcome what I fear, in the form of challenging projects
    The challengesAlthough the company has had its ups and downs, I will always be grateful. They always keep us involved and motivate us to do our best to promote growth in the company and its employees.

    I have been working at Metacom for 5 years now. I simply started as a part-time Sourcing Specialist with no previous related work background while studying. I worked my way up to become a full-time Team Leader in one of the successful teams of the company.

    One of the Best Companies I was able to work with
    The good thingsIt is that kind of company where you would usually look forward to going to work because you are excited to meet your team members. The way they maintain a positive culture in the company is really superb!
    The challengesWork can be stressful at times especially when you get to deal with irate customers but the TLs and bosses are really supportive and hands-on with your needs professionally that you get to easily destress when needed.

    Working with this company is like working with your family! No competition but rather helping each other to succeed!
    The good thingsThe fun environment of the workplace! Team Leaders that is always easy to approach, colleagues that will also help you when you're having a hard time with every processes. Your hard work will not be overlooked because they will provide you an awesome rewards!
    The challengesThere's not much challenge with this company to be honest. They give you good compensation, a very fun environment, approachable support/supervisor, awesome teammates etc. Basically this is the company that will put their people first!

    This is a great company!
    The good thingsWe work here because we work as a team and we treat each other as a family. Aside from that, the facilities are nice and I can say that the employees are striving hard to meet the company's vision and mission to become the best.
    The challengesThere are some challenges at first since I don't have any experience to be a call center agent but my co-workers and boss helped me to adopt new things. Throughout my stay here, I can say that I easily do my job well.

    Good learning atmosphere.
    The good thingsIt was a great work place with benefits and provide great training. Offers growth and incentives to make more money. Management provides what's best for you. The environment gives good vibes that helps you in everyday work.
    The challengesIf you're good with problem solving, quick learning, and very good with multitasking this job is definitely for you. There's always something to do from solving a customers problems to trying to gain more customers.
