    A great venue to learn, grow and strengthen your skills; Company values are practiced
    The good thingsProvides training and proper exposure in accounting works. Yearly salary increase based on performance. Employees' suggestions are heard and addressed by management. Company activities promoting employee welfare and health all throughout the year like basketball, company outing and Christmas party. Always welcomes suggestions from employees, everyone is expected to contribute to the betterment of the Company. Everyone is expected to practice the Company values.
    The challengesWork load is a challenge, but if you aim to learn and strengthen your skills, can be a good opportunity. Level of stress is what you'll expect in any company, lower as compared to my previous work.

    Very poor work life. Highly depressing and in my opinion poor culture.

    The challengesWorkload is too much. This is not a work life balance. This is work work balance. Company documents is so unorganized. Leaving on time feels like frowned upon. Unconsiderate. Decide wisely. Working environment is too small for the employees and the documents. Its a havoc

    The good thingsI gain my most depth knowledge and experience with regard to my position. People are nice and you can easily get along with higher ups. Many perks that you can really enjoy. But take home salary is low.

    The challengesAlot of work are done manually (via MS Excel) which are very prone to error. So as a supervisor, it takes a lot of my time just to check work done by staff.

    OPPORTUNITIES
    The good thingsThis company would help you to grow as a person. Seminars, training and some outdoor activities are provided by the company in which will help you to understand different aspect of task that you have right now on your job. It also help you to have a balance life by putting aside the less importance and make your life still in touch on your loved ones. Most importantly you work as a team.
    The challengesAlways expect stress and pressure in one job. I found myself in most challenging situation during the time that I need to attend all inquiries and queries of my colleagues, customers and bosses and need to comply on the given period of time one thing I always do is to keep myself relax, calm and at peace so through this way i can finish all those tasks one at a time by putting the high priorities
