Stressful but fun environment and people to work with.

The good thingsI love how Merrell treats you like family. It makes the work loads less stressful. The bosses are approachable and caring. Also, you will clearly learn a lot of new things about retail industry and you will learn how to be independent in work.

The challengesWork loads. Lots of them and one must be able to cope with the fast change in trends and the call fot action to urgent demands which I enjoy alot. Some processes in the projects make it difficult and became a challenge to finish one.

great, and do what task and good things comes..

The good thingswhat others i want to know for them is give all of my ability my supervision my tasking and enjoying to my work with him or with us by companion employer in this company..what employees did well is nicely hardworking and attentively do what the task by with me or his/her in this provision of the company..

The challenges-i have no difficult found in this challenging task becouse i having give all my ability to endure and to finish by hardworking to my task positively.. -i have no for that attitude in my task or in my position to use any badly language.
