The good thingsThe Company is growing. Your boss is very supportive and the company President is giving a motivational talk to keep you going. Each office department is very responsive and overall great working environment. You can also get a car early compared to others. provided you work hard enough.
The challengesYou're selling a premium product so reaching your quota would be much harder to get if you are on a provincial territory.
