This has been the most difficult time, requiring extra effort and effective time management to meet deadlines.

    Short staffed and low starting rate for pharmacists who stay more than 8 hours in the workplace.
    The good thingsBenefits are good, especially if you wish to stay until you retire.
    The challengesThere is no work and life balance. Also, your duty is on broken time basis. This makes your break time 3 hours and up then coming back for the rest of your 8 hour duty shift. You end up staying more hours at work than your home.

    The challengesYou have to deal with different kinds of attitude of your co-workers. Longer break hours means No FAMILY TIME. We want to have the same schedule set up in luzon. We have a family to take care also.
