    Good benefits, lackluster salary increases, too many org changes
    The good things- Benefits are good, with multiple leave types now available and support given (ex. fertility benefit) - Encourages diversity and inclusion
    The challenges- Little to no growth in some roles, salary increase sometimes does not even beat inflation - Too many organizational changes happen, seems like every other year there's a change and roles are affected

    The good thingsculture, environment, bonuses, salary, drive your own development is a real thing in this company, you will be the one to select your path and nobody is stopping you from doing it. We are partners with each other and they receive feedback openly.
    The challengessince it is a peza company, we need to work onsite. health benefits can be improved as well considering it's a pharma company.
