    A wonderful working experience!
    The good thingsWorking atmosphere and bulk of work is properly delegated. The people are very friendly and accommodating especially the leadership team. They encourage transparency and attend as much as they can to the needs of each employee. They also provide avenues for the employees to express their creativity and voice out their career goals for themselves.
    The challengesWorking with counterparts from other countries and trying to bridge the gap especially when there are issues encountered in the task. Another thing is slow promotion which can also lead to some employees to feel stagnant at some point and lose direction in their careers.

    MBGSP - One of the Best!
    The good thingsThe company greatly encourages each one of us to grow. They let us set our own plans and goals. I started out as a Junior Accountant about a year ago. Now, I am promoted as Analyst Accountant and currently I'm in Berlin, Germany to undergo knowledge transfer training. For just a span of a year, it surely is very satisfying as a professional and as individual to work for MBGSP.
    The challengesIt is always a main challenge for an employee is to be able to work with other people. Also, working for an international company requires you to work with other race. It is challenging since you consider culture and language differences . Everyone is expected to work and think globally. If you welcome such challenge, it is more than a boost in your career rather than a burden.

    It's great to be here in MBGSP
    The good thingsWe are a short service center of Daimler Centers around the world handling the financial aspect for Daimler Products such as Mercedes Cars. We are handling the Back Office Europe, Berlin, US, China and Asian countries and we are counting more. We are compose of great and diverse people and we value also employees satisfactions. We do have also a great compensation and benefits.
    The challengesSince we are handling a lot of countries which are non-English countries, we are having some language problems and since we just recently start we are still building the structure for the future of the company.
