    A good learning experience that helped me grow and improve my skills.
    The good thingsI have enjoyed to learning new knowledge and improving myself. I like studying because it helps me understand more and prepare for my future. I enjoy having time to focus, study at home, and work toward my goals. Learning makes me feel motivated and confident.
    The challengesThere were times when instructions were not very clear, and communication could be improved. More guidance and clearer information would help employees understand their tasks better.

    Generally, a good company to retire in unless faced with the challenges of managing the management
    The good thingsGood medical benefits, which included free maintenance meds The people, in general, for the first 13 years Free parking, large compound Proximity to malls, Ortigas CBD (more laid-back)
    The challengesSalary is not at par with other ICT industry jobs Management tended to be biased particularly those coming from a sister company - this created a pseudo-toxic environment, mistrust, inability to transfer within the organization Very traditional mindset, opposes a WFH schedule

    Unhealthy environment
    The good thingsThey offer a staff house, but not all offices have one. They have bonuses, but expect that your salary is very low. They have satellite clinics.
    The challengesUnderpaid and overworked- salary offer is very low, even if there is a yearly increase, which is only around 1k, but expects you to work overtime, and you're extremely overworked. Lot of politics, management seems not to care for the exact process and system to improve. Lots of employees who do not perform but they still choose to keep them in the company. KPIs are not computed fairly in every position; they will not grade your merit based on your performance not worth it to give your best. Promotion is not based on performance but on the years you are in the company, even if you are not performing well. Lot of Team leaders and managers who do not know the exact process. lol

    I can multitask and harworking person.
    The good thingsI want to work in meralco teller because i know to my self that i am fit on this role.
    The challengesAt my previous job, a colleague left the company suddenly. Unfortunately, this colleague had a major role in an important project. We didn't have time to replace her, so I was asked to take over her job so that we could stay on deadline. I had to get up to speed quickly, doing her job, as well as my own. We were able to complete the project on time, and the client was happy.

    Stressful but working with friends are manageable
    The good thingsI enjoyed working with my colleagues (that turned to family). They made the working experience manageable/bearable since we are juggling tasks from both internal and external stakeholders.
    The challengesThe people outside my team are very challenging. Every project, you have to spoon feed the information to them despite endorsing it properly. The project team relies heavily on the KAM, especially when there are delays or issues. One thing I also find challenging is the process. Almost everything is done manually, even up to the approval of a single page document. I just hope that they find time to look for the right software for the project turnovers, internal forms, etc. The pay is also not very competitive. There isn’t any commission for the salespeople. The workload piles up while you’re very demotivated. Lastly, there aren’t any trainings for the engineers which should’ve been very helpful to retain the license.
