I would advise potential job seekers to think twice before pursuing a career at Menarini. The company presents challenges in product marketing, with the expectation to promote products even if they are not suitable for the territory or if doctors are uninterested. Additionally, the salary offered is notably lower than what other pharmaceutical companies provide. Moreover, there are concerns about the competence of Menarini's management, from first-line managers up to high-ranking managers.
The good thingsI found satisfaction only in the benefits, as everything wasn't truly alright. My prolonged stay was primarily driven by the need for employment following the pandemic.
The challengesThe challenges stemmed from product marketing activities, where you received generic tasks for a particular product line, like RTD, even if it wasn't suitable for your territory. In such cases, you had to carry out these activities even if the doctors showed no interest and were reluctant to attend. Failing to do so could lead to reprimands for not executing it correctly. Furthermore, the salary offered at Menarini is significantly lower in comparison to other pharmaceutical companies. Moreover, there are concerns regarding the competence of Menarini's management, including the first-line managers.

Challenging and Rewarding to work with
The good thingsLots of good stuff: free meals, gasoline allowance, car plan, lots of trainings being offered by the company, opportunity to travel and lots more. The company is growing and well managed by its executives.
The challengesThe company is ambitious and so is the general work environment. Because the company provides so much, it is also expecting and demands a lot from its employees. Time in is at 9am, and they are strict with it.

    Tough Job
The good thingsThe Company is actually new to the country with just about 5years of being active in the Philippine Pharmaceutical Industry which makes it a very promising company as it still has a lot of room for expansion. Also a lot of its medicines is till not yet introduced to the Philippine Market which assures employees in it that the company will definitely have a long term plans and goals in the country.
The challengesSince the company is new their system is somewhat young too. With a lot of redundancy in the procedures. The company also offers quite a very low compensation start up as compared to other Companies of the same level. Interested applicant should keep in mind that this company is very competent in the market thus working with it will surely be very tasking and would require anyone to have patience with their work, especially as there would be a lot of times when you will have to work for extended hours even on weekends.

    It's a great experience.
The good thingsThe good things I like in the company is they are much concern with the employee. The compensation is good, it covers all your independents. We are celebrating small and big wins. Training is also great, we have several seminars.
The challengesEveryday is a challenge. The company is a fast working environment and it all depends on the individual how fast he/she could go with the flow.

    Good compensation and training.
The good thingsThe company provides adequate opportunities to grow their employees thru trainings and seminars. They also provide a decent pay even if your level is still not supervisory. They also provide different extra curricular activities to employees to de-stress them on their daily work routines.
The challengesIt would be better if they will hire younger people since most of the employees of the company are around late 20s to late 30s so as to maximize productivity. Hope they could further promote a work life balance attitude in the workplace and also relocate to a more convenient office or provide shuttle services to their employees.

    an opportunity for nurses
The good thingsIf you are a nurse and you feel that there is no longer a chance for you to work in the medical field, then this is one of the best options. You can work as a medical reprensentative and put your knowledge into good use. But non-med professionals can also be part of the company as they provide an intensive and continuous training for ther employees. A well-paid job for Filipinos indeed.
The challengesThe most challenge I have encountered was the completion of the required number sales in your area. You really have to have a very strong convincing power paired with a good product research to get the support of the physicians and the consumers.

    My Learning Experience
The good thingsI enjoyed working here because of the good colleagues I had with the company. They have a great internal training academy that provides great trainings and inputs that make every sales representative well equiped to face the real workd of sales. They also provide opportunities for growth and development which makes the stay with the company more meaningful. They have great working environment.
The challengesThe only problen they have is their salary. They offer below the average in the industry. Also, when in terms of budget for activities, its very limited and sometimes not available. In terms of benefits, its not competitive. Health insurance is limited and sometimes you have to spend your our money to compensate the deficits thats the insurance has.
