The Overtime
The good thingsWhen I was working in this company I have many overtime. We are working almost 24/7 and we had a lot of projects. My bag has a lot of clothes because we have no time to go home to change our clothes. Our company gives us some vitamins so that we will not be sick. The good thing is we are working as a group and we always share what we have to finish the project before the submittable date.
The challengesWe have a lot of projects in this company. The big challenge for us is to submit on time and do different things at a time. Some of our projects are printed in tracing paper and we need to check properly the drawings so that there will be no scratch. There are times that we have two or three projects at the same time but because of team work we settle all the projects and submitted on time.
