If you want to be familiar and proficient to banking services then this company is good training ground to develop your skills and knowledge as they offer job rotation within and to other departments. But for career and compensation growth, don't expect to much.
The good thingsGood training ground if you want establish your career
The challengesBad environment. The management doesn't care about your mental and physical health. Employees tend to be overworked. Though over time is paid but eventually you will feel that your health is slowly deteriorating. Other than these, management does not care about your contributions to company. As for career growth, don't expect to much since the opportunity is is limited to none. Compensation and other benefits is quite low compared to other international and local bank.
