    The challengesNo tenure, retirement plan or insurance. Change is inevitable, but there is a better way to be less toxic & emotionally stressful to people. Prayed that the mngt should bend its head down a little and see what the real score below and to those who really have malasakit that built its foundation. Not just hearsay or theory reported by imposing authority & newbie superiors.

    The challengesStressful monitoring of activitues. Even if your Electrical Engineer, you will be assigned to mechanical engineering works. Etc.

    I am obliged to supervise and priotizing the preventive maintenance for all utlities, such as generators, compressors, and also thr coal fired boiler.
    The good thingsI enjoyed working as utilities supervisor under Engineering and Maintenance Department, because mostly of my responsibilities was inclined in my profession.
    The challengesMy challenge for me was pressure, especially if you are given project by your superior, it should done as fast as possible before the deadline of the proposal project.

    Unforgettable experience
    The good thingsMega Fishing Corp. started as a Family business and has later on created as Corporate business. Professionals from other similar organizations were taken in to help in the process of re-organizing the organization. The CEO and President is a visionary as well as his children especially the VP for Sales and Marketing whom I think is the key person why MFC or Megasardines is now very successful.
    The challengesThe change of mind set of the old employees and other officers were the challenges that we have met. In the long run, it was resolved when we had strategic planning as well as the convincing power of our Sales and Marketing VP.
