bittersweet. i know i was innocent at first but atleast HR could have told me what was the real thing to have in entering their company.
The good thingsFriends and colleagues that are very approachable and easy to communicate with.
The challengesI did not mind the pressure but what I only have a problem with is the salary, that's all. I just wished they compensated what I had when I was innocent back then.

    Best company to learn
The good thingsThe company was beyond my expectation. The management are all focused on the members of the team. I never felt left out. I have learned so many task. I am ever grateful that the company values employees like family.
The challengesmost challenges are personal, mostly stress in working with many different people. That's when I joined free yoga classes from the company which helps with managing stress.

Awesome 👍 you can be the best as you can.
The good thingsThe teamwork and the opportunity initiated by the company
The challengesAs usual people but it depends on how you deal with the differences since only 10% is you can't control and 90% is you surely can control. Attitude overrides.

Experience and opportunities are here. You will really grow if you just submit yourself to the process.
The good thingsThe schedule and the very friendly environment. The perks are amazing.
The challengesThe company can somehow improve on the facilities. Transfer to a bigger space since the headcount is growing.

    Comfort Place for the Experienced
The good thingsFix rest days on weekends. Free meals, unlimited coffee, and ice cream. These were just the basics... But if you are looking for a place where you can prioritize your HUMAN life over working your entire life, this place is for you! It's a job you can manage well, you don't have to worry about anything after work. Also, with the appropriate reason, you can get the time off to recuperate and be there for your loved ones.
The challengesThe workplace has amassed a lot of brilliant people, and most of them lasted for many years in the company. It is challenging to replace those who are already in the position, and only brilliant people get a promotion in a few months if you don't count promotion out-of-tenureship as progress. However, the challenge doesn't stop there, you have to be self-motivated, creative and innovative to keep growing. Else, your lack of originality will leave you at the corner and may be a contributing factor for you to leave. Again, only those who love to improve stays here longer.

    Great BPO company
The good thingsIt's a good company especially if you're a fresh grad. They have free meals, free ice cream and coffee. Not to mention other benefits as well like incentives and company-paid outings.
The challengesAlthough there are no shifting schedules, and no work on weekends as well, you're still working under graveyard shift.

Warm people. Free meals, ice-cream, and coffee
The good thingsIts a good environment with fun and warm people. You also have free meals, and unlimited ice cream and coffee.
The challengesYou get to work with clinics outside the country, you have to have knowledge about the medical billing system in the United States. If you have no idea on how this works, dont worry, the trainers will be happy to teach you the basics. And also, there will be constant changes within the company's system. So, be prepare to adjust with the environment.
