    A good place for career driven individual!!
    The good thingsThe management is very hands on in the company. You will have direct contact/ coaching with them and you will also learn from their experiences. They treat their employees as family but still encourage their employees to be professional and be excellent in their respective functions. The immediate superiors are also very generous when it comes to training their staff. This is good place if you really want challenges in your career.and if you want to grow professionally . They also have their own way of making their employees appreciate the business. There is a strict implementation of the company policies, which will make you responsible in your every actions.

    The good thingsIt is a big challenge to every person. It is a training in mind, you will discover your skills and enhance it more. It made me more closer to God. This job was an answered prayer. The job is not a job but it is YOU, it is how you deal with people, money and how to close a sale. I find this very challenging because it made me more stronger and confident when I am on field. Each day is a lesson, a challenge. And the Experience that I've encountered in this company is never an accident but is a gift for me to face more challenges in my life.
    The challengesWe've different views on how we deal the job but my own perception on this is that he job is not a job but it is YOU, it is how you deal with people, money and how to close a sale. I find this very challenging because it made me more stronger and confident when I am on field. Each day is a lesson, a challenge. So there are no doubts, no regrets in working in this company. But when the time comes that I will decide to resign, its not because of the Company but because I wanted to face more challenges. This was a good one. I Thanked God for this job, it was molding me to be a better me.
