    The good thingsThe good thing about this company is they value work-life balance, good people, there is a lot of opportunities to grow, they care a lot for their employees, and good management especially the IT Team. I learned a lot from my boss.

    It has a family-oriented working environment and employers care for our welfare.
    The good thingsHigh salary and positive, family-oriented working environment are the main reasons why I decided to re-join this company. Employers are very transparent and care for all employees' welfare. They also encourage us to improve our spiritual relationship with God by praying at the start of the day and every other occasion.
    The challengesAs I have mentioned above, the positive environment and high salary are the things I enjoyed about this company. They are just and supportive. They have an open-door policy which gives employees a sense of pride and freedom of expression.

    The good thingsWorking at Medicomm is just like working at home with your family. The bosses are so pleasant and approachable. Staff are easy to be friends with because they are just like your brothers and sisters working with you.
    The challengesThere are not much to say to improve the company because overall, the Company is worth working for. The office setup is as modern as new offices are nowadays, considering the fact that the Company has been in the industry for 25 years now.
