Not so pleasant experience. Worked in various companies and this thus far is the worst.
The good thingsHybrid set up so it’s ideal compared to other companies that require you to go onsite M-F
The challenges- low salary. need not say more - very small work area that when you come in late, you might not have an area to work at. - most sales people are very incompetent. Di pa marunong mag intindi ng queries ng client under them. - walang maayos na record keeping. - heavily understaffed - walang training, asa na lang silang kaya mo na and you cant ask other employees because they’re either exhausted or are too busy

Not recommended if you are aiming for a work life balance.
The good thingsWhen it comes to salary, it's good. Plus other benefits.
The challengesOverworked and stressful. Required to work overtime everyday and work on weekends.

    Working as Company Nurse
The good thingsNo good thing about it. The nurses are not directly hired by Medicard. No training provided. All expense for the training is shoulder by the nurse.
The challengesEven you do your job properly and the client complain on certain things its still the nurse fault. Very Bias.
