    Good Training Grounds
    The good thingsGood workplace to start your career especially they can hire you even without proven experience and proven good standing in education. You can grow your skills and knowledge if your supervisor and colleagues are knowledgeable in their tasks.
    The challengesManagement and the leaders inside the institutions doesn't actually focus on the needs of the company and its employees. More on getting benefits for themselves.

    The good thingsManagement and the founders are approachable. Treats you like a family. Chill working environment. Joining extra curricular company activities is highly recommended. My stay in my department is the best time of my career I hate to leave my job but I have to move on to other things. I hope someday I can return and enjoy the remaining years of my career here.
    The challengesIt's a newly established hospital. It is far from perfect but Improves on a daily basis. Feed backs from the management is greatly appreciated. I would like to see more programs promoting the hospital towards the surrounding community to pull in more patients.
