    The challengesThey give good incentives/bonuses to selected people. No assurance of receiving your backpay after working for them for years.

    I love to work here because of the kind-hearted co-workers especially the bosses.
    The good thingsYou will be motivated to work everyday because the company give the best for their employees. Your work will be appreciated that's why you did your best as a return. They are approachable and have a good heart. You will feel that you are not only a employee here but a part of a big happy family.
    The challengesThe employees are doing their best on work. They avoiding to make mistakes on their work. And it pressured you because you want also to do your work with less/no mistake.

    The challengesMedreps have no incentives. Delayed allowance. No supports from sales and marketing team. No dependents for medical benefits.

    The good thingsThe owner of the company is generous. Employee may get additional x-mas bonuses apart from the 13th month pay! Location of the company is convenient for those who will use MRT. Uniforms changes every year. Parking spaces are available for those mobilized. 450php per diem for and up to 15k basic salary for MRs. DSM's salary varies. This company is suits you if you wish to be office based. Work starts at 7am or 8am, and ends at 5pm or 6pm. No OT.
    The challengesAttrition rate in sales and marketing is very high due to inability of the top management to detect future managers inside the company and suitable applicants externally. Head of sales and marketing is already old (near 60 yo) and close-minded. These results to inflexibility in managing people, lack of unique ideas, old-school practices in pharma, boxed type thinking, and incompetence. CEO was not able to detect this kind of weakness.
