If you are a fresh graduate looking for a job where you can grow and learn, I would suggest grabbing the opportunity. But once you feel that you have outgrown your current position, it is probably best to leave and find a better offer somewhere else.
The good thingsThe Best Training Ground for aspiring network engineers, and you will also build strong relationships and a diverse network within the IT industry.
The challenges- Salary Alignment is based on "Visibility". So if the upper management can't see you, it is nearly impossible to adjust your salary. (Unless someone quits) - 2 years of Employment Bond upon signing the onboarding contract. Which is okay but after the employment bond you will choose either sign another one or you're not getting an adjustment.

I waited 3 Weeks to get a result. I passed the final interview from the company and then they will not push through my application I kept asking HR for the results of my job offer she just keep saying she will forward it to higher ups. Really bad experience with the company didn't even tell me anything for the role. 😑😑😑
The good thingsIdk but they have high expectations for an employee
The challengesThe waiting for job offer 🀬😑

    Best work experience
The good thingsI did manage to get to different parts of NCR because of this kind of work. I learned many things about the telecommunication industry and have a nice set of friends I met while I was on my stay working at MEC.
The challengesThe challenges of working for this company are the following. We almost and always do overtime work, usually when the projects starts to end. Next, is to how we cooperate or work with people who got some attitude, that hinders my performance.
