    WORST COMPANY - Do not try to commit yourself and entrust your career in this company.
    The good thingsThe only thing that you will enjoy here is the bond with your colleagues. Apart from that, stressful days will hit you once you have experienced being micro-managed.
    The challengesDon't treat your employees like a disposable assets. Stop micro-managing and encourage constant communication on the top management.
