    The good thingsCultivates you to be multitask and follow procedure accordingly. Enhances beginner skillset, applying theoretical knowledge learned in your studies to real life. Moreover, superiors are not unrealistic with work demands, may be willing to help.
    The challengesProper documentation is a must which may result in a lot of paperwork and clerical tasks. Strict with meeting deadlines and must be able to deal with covert workplace politics.

    The good thingsGood co-workers Food is good but not much There is a Quality control circle held every year for improvement Overtime pay has multiplier.
    The challengesSome superiors are too bossy and always blame others Managers supported you if its benefit them if it will affect their reputation they will stop providing support. They are so resistant to change, they always base their actions to experience that takes more time.
