Stressful because of lack of employees. But benefits and salary are great
The good thingsSalary is higher than MDC and they released it on time. Salary increase after 1 year.
The challengesNot enough employee. They did not train us, they just let us learn everything by ourselves. No work life balance. Walang pake mga HR kahit hirap na hirap ka na basta di sila mag hahire 🤣

my first company. didn't regret it.
The good thingscamaraderie, diverse type of co-workers, some are friends, some not much (will enhance your people skills). and you get to meet tons of people you could network with. (from subcon and/or client). working here will give freshies the overview of how construction works on and off-site
The challengespolitical rumbles on site which is not work-related. clashing of different departments, lack of coordination. meetings are too time-consuming.

The good thingsI enjoyed the experience and challenges that the company gave me, knowing that we are an International Organisation for Standardazation.

Planning Engineer with ready to changed mindset and costumer satisfactory mindset.
The good thingsGreat opportunities for having good continuous enhancement programs for employees especially our safety training.
The challengesI believe that every companies have their own weakness in implementing its responsibility guidelines and the most challenging is to make yourself available at any work possible that was instructed to you. Making yourself dynamic in every job from time to time. Maybe i would set example by working as Quantity Surveyor or Procurement Officer when your Position is Planning Engineer.

I have good people around me
The good thingsWork as it is has its own hardships, but with the help of the people around me who let me grow in my profession and gives me correction and advice, I believe people who would work with them will enjoy learning. In the construction company, a lot of things not always anticipated will show up, just have a heart on your job and persevere in any challenges and you\"ll do great.
The challengesNot so much, it is always the communication that usually sprouts problems, other than that work is manageable.

As a Field Engineer, one of the most important I learn is how to coordinate and communicate to your people to be an effective inspector on site. Every person have their own style on imposing authority. It is up to you which is to adapt.
The good thingsYour needs are given specially if you work on a far away site.
The challengesMost challenging is that when some of the problems are not in your control such that you will depend on the productivity of others that may affect you commitment which always needed anticipation.

The good thingsLot of benefits with decent salary, always looking for a chance to make employees fell they are important by organizing events and giving away a large Christmas basket. A company with knowledgeable and approachable HR Managers.
The challengesBeing regular requires you to put too much effort due to limited slots of regular post, people needs to stay at least 2-3 years before they decided to endorse you for a regular position which doesn't have any assurance but still, its a good company that cares for people.
