A workplace for engineering graduates to start their career.
The good thingsA good place for fresh graduates to start their career if you are interested in the automotive/manufacturing field. Most of my workmates are approachable and easy do deal with, making a hard day at work somehow less stressful. Less travel time if you are coming from the south of Novaliches/North Caloocan area. Salary is always on-time which is nice.
The challengesProjects have very tight schedule and most of the time that I have to deal with more than one major tasks at once. Safety in the production area is also a point of concern. Some policies are non-progressive. Salary increase and leave incentives are on the average side compared to other companies.

Caloocan City Metro Manila3 to 4 years in the role, former employee
A workplace to build your career in your first few years.
The good things+A good place to start for those who want to pursue a career in the automotive/manufacturing industry. +Salary is given on-time. +If you are living nearby or looking for a workplace beyond the busy areas in the northern part of Metro Manila, this is the place for you. +Tenured production workers are very approachable and helpful. +Having the chance to communicate and collaborate with clients overseas is great experience.
The challenges-No formal onboarding training. New employees have to figure out some things on their own. -Unclear job descriptions. -Some policies need some major review or revision. Problems on employee attitude should be dealt by identifying the root cause of the problem, not with petty punishments. -Good work ethic is rewarded with more workload. -Low/non-existent/delayed salary increase. -Low number of vacation/sick leaves. -Overtime culture especially for production workers. Deadlines are met at the expense of the overall well-being of workers. (Related to point 2 and 3). -Management needs some realignment and reassessment.
