Makati City Metro Manila1 to 2 years in the role, former employee
One of the best companies I have worked for.
The good thingsThe benefits, especially the HMO. Comprehensive training. If you want a career growth, you can find it here. If you're not improving, they'll kick you out. Feedback is everything here; you call everyone by their first name, regardless of their position, kind of flat organizational structure.
The challengesThe yearly goals. The standards are really high, and it's difficult to get approval. On a positive note, if you hit the goals you set by the end of the year, you will get rewarded. Always business attire except Fridays.

A great training ground to establish one's career
The good thingsVery supportive management Provided opportunities and trainings to hone technical skills
The challengesSince we acted as part of the support team, we sometimes have to work on holidays even during holy weeks. Limited career path in the Manila office if you wanted to focus on analytics

Poor Management and No Room for Growth
The good thingsHMO, Pay.. that's it.
The challengesEverything. From their PC (Politically Correct) Culture, out of date training materials, POOR management (they will constantly tell you that you're not doing enough EVERY WEEK), they will just say that you do your own personal development without any proper guidelines from the management. No room for career growth. GHD is just a GLORIFIED and much more fancier version of a call center agent.

Good Benefits but there's no career growth
The good thingsMedical and dental benefits as well as insurance and retirement fund are all above the market Very different from local/BPO companies because culture is very professional Non-hierarchical and very minimal politics
The challengesVery limited opportunities for career development, the leadership doesn't seem to focus on it. There's a slim chance that you'll be promoted in your 2-3 years stay here. Salary is based on your previous C&B, thus minimal increase No ER, OD and Succession Planning Team thus no experts on these fields can help the employees Work from home policy is stringent

    So Good They Don’t Advertise
The good thingsThis is the place where you build character, form great friendships, and prepare to fatten up a nice retirement fund!
The challengesIf you complain a lot, if you are not solution-oriented, if you cannot think on your feet: Mon-Fri will be a struggle.

    One of the Best
The good thingsSupportive environment, value's feedback, openness to change. Colleagues are exemplifying the company values. Benefits are definitely above current country market standards.
The challengesNon - Standard processes of doing things most of the time you need to think out of the box and create solutions that would fit the challenges.
