The challengesHandling two Business units was pretty Challenging especially that of Food Service. I was doing more of Marketing the brand, setting targets but not owning Sales because it was their distributor who is selling the product. Some plans are harder to achieve because someone else executes it for you. Bottom line, with teamwork and support from the Company, we always did find a way to meet our targets.
