    The challengesLong working hours. Some of the employees from other departments I have worked with are incompetent and lack skills. Processes are very slow-paced. No sense of urgency in most of the processes. Almost no chance of being upscaled.

    Great company, great culture and overall great experience.
    The good thingsVery busy work environment, but I strive in those types of roles as the warehouse/logistics Head. Plenty of inclusion of challenges and trendy. Management is very competent and makes you feel welcome. There will be a lot of changes in the coming months especially in the policy & procedure.Some people are bothered by this but I personally like being consumed in company culture.
    The challengesEveryone in the company is incredibly welcoming with open arms and its a fast pace environment career that I've always love and challenging,overall great working environment, management wants to make sure we succeed, and a warm safe feeling while working.
