    Worst management ever
The good thingsAlmost no good things 🤣
The challengesA salary increase does not exist here, even you work here forever until you retire 😂 unless you are promoted to a higher position. Some employees work for a long time and are still under an agency. The funny thing is, management will expect you to have good results from their minimum rate.

They will give a chance to the beginners. They don't required experience for the position you apply only they need is the willingness of the employee to work with them.
The good thingsThey will teach you everything as long as your willingness to learn
The challengesSometimes they will assign you in other branches. They only give allowance for the transportation.

The good thingsFree lunch on our boss birthday. And meeting new clients.
The challengesMulti tasking. They will ask you to work things even not in your job description. The management is very strict with lates. No grace period. Like Suspension immediately on few minutes of lates. Which is difficult on rainy season. Heavy traffic is unavoidable. Always contract. No regularization - under agency.

My Working experience at MC Home
The good thingsThe owners are kind. Giving free lunch sometimes. The culture promotes unity. Good workplace for someone looking for an experience.
The challengesExtremely challenging to work here. Plus no benefits (not paying mandatory benefits) esp if you're new. Lot of employees resigned without having graduity benefits. The management promotes multi tasking, Hence you will be doing tasks outside your scope of duties too. Everything is extremely low budgeted but the management is expecting higher level of results. Unfair labor treatment for ranks. Gray areas in our Contract.
