The good thingsThe management are very kind and supportive towards to all employees. Not only the company will grow but also the people are part of the success. This is the first time that I've been experienced a company that offering scholarship to the immediate family of the employees and also give back to communities by simply supporting nonprofit organization.

The challenges1. You'll be forced to leave the company
2. No PPE.
3. No oppurtunities for career development
4. Delayed salary and also to subcontractors
5. No regularization
6. No proper office at project
7. No benefits
8. They don't have respect to all staff and subcontractors
