    The good things1. Good for fresh graduate, 2. Site Cad is more fun than office Cad 3. Cad & Engineering Dept. treat you as his/her own daughter or sister
    The challenges1. Site problem 2. Sometimes Co-worker 3. No Salary increase 4. As Cad Operator you are always in line up for layoff or finish project.
