    The best work I had so far
    The good thingsThe co-workers and team leaders are approachable. Management listens and tries to come up with necessary actions if an employee have suggestions and/or concerns. Team lunches and other activities are sometimes set to establish a stronger bond between all employees.
    The challengesA few, very lightly stressful days when the workload is high.

    It is the best place to work.
    The good thingsI enjoyed working at MBT is because for it is the best place to work. My boss and I have the same thinking on how to handle light or worst situation.
    The challengesChallenges on how to process payroll because we're doing it manually but we are trying our best to do it automatically.
