I learned to communicate well and taught me the basics about the industry that could serve as one of the foundations of my career. The good thingsI appreciate the encouragement of my supervisors to ask them if ever I have questions about my work. They also encourage me to communicate with the customers and make calls on acquiring office supplies to the supplier. I also learned from them to cooperate, communicate and help other departments more often if there is none to do into our department.
The challengesThe challenges I've experienced if there are a lot of things to do at the same time, things to be finished or make progress with, and by doing it simultaneously with poor cooperation and teamwork with my co-intern, especially if he or she have no intent to have the initiative to continue or help. Thus, as my supervisors said, we must not fail to communicate with each other and that would be enough to us as a reminder of our responsibilities.
