    The good thingsI enjoyed working with my colleagues, especially during peak hours. Teamwork was always there to support each other to achieve our common goals for the benefits of the company, employees as well as the guests

    This is the best experience for me because I can say that I gained more knowledge and skills in terms of customer service.

    It was fun serving customers at Max's since I was surrounded with a friendly co-workers.

    The challengesI think, the most challenging part working at Max's was during holidays. The customers were overflowing and always in a rush.

    my experienced in max's Restaurant is great.
    The good thingsI learned a lot. specially with my restaurant manager because he always give us word of wisdom that will be our every day guide working in our restaurant. The knowledge that he share down the line. he keep on telling us NO one will left behind.
    The challengesworking in max's is such a challenge specially in operation because we can't anticipate the flow of the guests. all are in our mind is to work together as a family, because for me no matter how hard a situation we can surpass if we work together as a team. dedication and hard work.
