Overall GrowthThe good thingsThe workload is good, but the people and the environment is very warm and friendly. The management is very caring for the welfare of the employees and is more or less not controlling on how you plan your day, as long as you achive your maximum results.
The challengesSince we are growing faster, we could use more office space to give the employees a bit more privacy. But since everyone is warm friendly, sharing office space is not that bad overall.
