    It is a good working environment and an awesome field to learn a lot of things. I swear.
    The good thingsThe people itself and the work-life balance that they have. I love how constructive they are when it comes to the technical aspect of learning and work in a semiconductor field, and also personal growth. They really allow their people to grow not just in terms of skills but also life in general.
    The challengesThe challenges I experienced is on how I manage things in general as an intern and thanks to the experiences within the I company I was able to acknowledge and learn through the process and be able to deal with every challenges.

    The challengesI think the difficult is that, when you are trying to accomplish something but the time is too short, you dont have a lot of time to do your work sunceour schedule is conoressed. But I've challenge myself to do or to make a way so that i can finish what I'm craving to accomplished.

    The good thingsThey trust you to carry out different task all by your self and if you need help they are glad to help all you need is to ask them. They have this mentoring stage that is a very big help to anyone. Plus the environment is fun to work with. Having workmates that are just like family to you. They also have recreational activities like badminton,table tennis and many more.
    The challengesMust be technically competent and have a strong background on the fundamentals of electronics. Having confident to work on a one on one task while minimal supervision. Cooping with large workloads at times of need.

    The good thingsHere at Maxim, the management will take care of you well because they believe that the success of the company is the great employees in it. They will let you grow as individual and let you achieve your personal goal.
    The challengesThis company is doing its best to improve the work and life balance as possible. It has programs that is great. But there is a catch, as long as you are not busy and the manager let you join the company activity. On my case, we are always busy due to the demand of work.
