    everything is about the distributors
    The good thingsthe other staff are willing to assist when needed. working time is ok as long as the distributors do not ask you to extend.
    The challengesi did not feel that the company treats the employees as asset. employees are seen as cost that needs to be managed. the requests of the distributors are given more weight compared to the employees. requests are approved even if it goes against company policy. increases are very subjective and very minimal (and delayed from Mar it is moved to Dec). very little employee activities, outings or wellness activities
