    Wonderful company to work with. Good employer-employee relationship.
    The good thingsMy MDPC journey has been amazing. It's such a blessing to have found a company amidst the pandemic. Time flies, and before you know it, you're able to adapt to the system and environment. There's still a lot to learn, and I'm looking forward to what's in store. Everyone's been nice to work with. The management is open and easy to talk with as well.
    The challengesThe challenge will be learning a lot of roles and their processes. But other than that, I think everything is good.

    The challengesI think the challenges I've encountered is you need to learn quickly to easily adapt your work. Detail oriented is a must in my field . Don't hesitate to take risks, it helps you be more productive and grow your capabilities.

    The good thingsI have been to a different company before working here at MDPC, I have learned a lot specially on Administrative task as this is my first time in this role. I am enjoying my stay here and the Management do really appreciates their employee's hard work and dedication and rewarded them in return. So far, I still want to learn more and looking forward for a better and great future ahead.
    The challengesAs I have mentioned, this is my first time working at the Administrative or HR role, so my challenges is that I have to adapt and learn different strategies so we can cope up with the Management's requirements but still this is part of my job, so being able to learn from time to time is also one of the greatest achievement.

    The good thingsI've decided to stay in MDPC because of it's management team and co-workers who you can turn into for advice and help regarding work. It's also a work-from-home set-up where you can work comfortably.

    Effective Work From Home
    The good thingsThe company takes good care and values their employees. They give appreciation almost everyday, especially to those who have done their work very well. It is also wonderful that this company shares and give back Blessing to other people, like organizing a Donation drive during the Holiday season. That way employees were taught and was able experience the goodness of sharing and giving especially those who are in need.
    The challengesSince it is a work from home, sometimes internet connection is a challenge, but the good thing is Company provides a back up internet for everyone.
