    A great place to work, but it requires hard work to advance.
    The good things1. Great benefits from day 1 2. Hybrid work setup 3. Free meals 1x a week and a pantry full of snacks and drinks 4. Cool new office 5. Collaborative environment 6. Guaranteed annual salary increase at par with the industry median standard
    The challenges1. Workload is heavy, and is advanced than other companies for the same level of position 2. You have to work hard for your promotion; slackers can stay at the same level for years 3. Some people act as if they are entitled to more when they do the bare minimum

    The good thingsWe work on a hybrid setup, and employees are very chill. The company encourages work-life balance. The salary and benefits are also above-average compared to other in-house companies. Company surveys are taken seriously, and you will see the improvements made based on employees' feedback.

    Literally work-life balance
    The good thingsThe same number of rest days for the same number of work days. I don't know with the other departments. Free snacks and drinks! Random free meals. Interesting annual bonus!
    The challengesNight shift. Heavy workload due to lots of clients in the US. Small room for career growth. They only have 1 event every year and that's really boring! Rare social interaction with other people because almost everyone is busy during the night. They rarely have employees in the morning.

    Good experience
    The good thingsMasergy provides above average salary for your position as long as it is IT related. The pay and bonuses are really good, leave credits are reasonable, management is not perfect and had some up and downs but they are easy to get along with, friendly environment, reimbursable trainings (IT), and FREE SNACKS! What they do lack is the long term benefits for employees.
    The challengesYou must have good communication skills if you want to be promoted or perform your job well which is understandable since it is an American owned company. They also provide yearly English training.

    The good thingsGreat working relationship with US management, have work-life balance, improving employees' benefits, free soda, snacks and Friday meal, provides reimbursements for certifications and training in US and UK sites.
    The challengesNeeds to improve on government mandatory payment process. There are instances that we need to update our payment/s ourselves. This hinders me in referring my friends to work with Masergy. I just hope this will improve int the future as well...

    When I used to work at masergy
    The good thingsHave free/paid expense travel/training abroad, significant increase in salary package, lot of rooms to grow, had good camaraderie with friends/colleagues, have excellent US org leadership and family first for employees.
    The challengesPoor local management, poor HMO service, have office politics and inquiry of government related stuff with office manager was not accomplised right on time.
