    The good thingsBasically, this company is good in terms of company rules and policies because nobody, even with wrong doings, never get fired.
    The challengesThe boss never trusts anyone except the people that he only deemed trustworthy. He listens and believes every petty \"chismis\" that the people surrounding him tell him, not really investigating if true or not. The basis of promotion is not work related but rather personal like how short the skirt of the employee or if the employee is pregnant, etc.
