My experience as a medical secretary was quite unbelievable.
The good thingsI enjoyed having some time to chat with my co workers and friends when im not busy but most of the time im really busy so having time for myself even in my friends and family are too less.
The challengesThey should probably listen and give some importance to secretaries because they are not just a worker, they are also people that needs attentions specially on benefits.

The challengesthe constant struggles are inevitable, it is a hospital after all, anything goes. there are more patients than the healthcare workers but we do with what we have as it is part of the profession. the people we meet daily, that we know we don't have control over but honestly they can come as a challenge for all of us too.

The challengesIt was sometimes stressful due to a toxic shift, but it can be easily overcome once you get the hang of it.
A lot of adjustments in schedules are often made due to unexpected absences of other employees.
