A great company with an average to little too low career growth
The good thingsInternational company. Monthly activities which was only implemented last May 2017. Work environment.
The challengesIn a broking industry, career growth is surely slow. This is a good to go for those who wants to gain work experience. Benefits can only be received annually. Clothing allowance given on your first year of employment. PCA role is a routinely job in ops. Pay is very low but rich in experience. Good for freshers. Being underpaid for your workload is a no no for me. Long work hours. Lack of promoting work and life balance.

Compensation is good but the work is repetitive, chances for career growth is low
The good thingsThe company offers a very competitive salary, especially for an entry level job. The HR and administrative areas of the company are already well established and therefore clear and concise process workflows are already existing.
The challengesThe nature of my job was very repetitive and the opportunities to build my career were not clearly present. My performance was also not constantly reviewed by my manager so I have no idea whether I was performing well or not.
