A very healthy and supportive organization!The good thingsThe management is very supportive to their employees and always looks after to the welfare of their employees. There are very flexible work arrangements even though work sometimes may get stressful.
The challengesBenefit package must be improved, though I think the management is already planning on adding more benefits for the employees.
