    Great for earning, learning and travelling at the same time.
    The good thingsMeeting other nationalities and cooking for them, traveling the world while earning and learning new things about other cultures and socializing with them. Learning about their staple food and cooking it for them. Going to other countries for free.
    The challengesDealing with people from other countries that have attitude problems and not a team player; Storm; Seasickness; Budgeting the given amount of money that will fit for the whole month without shortage. Being away with family and loved ones.

    The good things+Marlow has a lot of vessels being manned so crew can join a vessel easily. + people are treated professionally. +the office is tidy. +has a paying salary on the average rate.

    The good thingsA very professional environment which contribute in molding me to be a better person and gave me the experiences and learnings I need in becoming an efficient and professional individual.
    The challengesEverything goes smoothly and great. In my two months of stay as an OJT I didn't experience any unwanted and unnecessary moment. The relationship among others were good and the tasks were done well.

    The good thingsThere is so much to learn when you work with them. They do give you the chance to tackle challenges beyond your role. Trainings are also provided for self improvement.
    The challengesRatio of work and personnel are not that balanced resulting on heavy workloads.
